Jill Blancett Rhodes PharmD, BCOP, CSP

Jill Blancett Rhodes, PharmD, BCOP is a native of Paintsville, Kentucky. Dr. Rhodes is co-founder of St. Matthews Community  & Specialty Pharmacy in Louisville, KY.

She received her doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, has advanced training in pharmacy practice and is one of the few board certified oncology pharmacists in Kentucky. She completed her residency in hematology and oncology at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Dr. Rhodes established the first PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program in Louisville at University of Louisville Hospital, where she continues to serve as director and care for individuals affected by cancer. She is highly involved in pharmacy education, mentoring residents and students as well as teaching graduate students in her role as assistant professor of oncology in the Department of pharmacy practice at the Sullivan University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Rhodes is active in pharmacy practice, holding leadership roles on a national level, including the Hematology Oncology Pharmacy Association and through her involvement with the American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Special Interest Group.

Dr. Rhodes is the appointed chair of the Medication Therapy Management Committee of the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. Her professional practice interests include preventative health, supportive care management in cancer care, provider status for pharmacists, medication therapy management and specialty drug compounding.

Dr. Rhodes shares her love of the pharmacy profession and promoting health and wellness with her husband, Dr. Clay Rhodes. Together, they have two wonderful children, Eyla and Alex. Out of the office she enjoys spending time with family, reading and traveling. She is an avid runner and an enthusiast of the barre technique.

Chris Harlow PharmD, BCGP

Chris Harlow, PharmD, BCGP is a Registered Pharmacist and co-founder of St. Matthews Community & Specialty Pharmacy. He earned his doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and practices full-time at our St. Matthews Community Pharmacy location.

Additionally he serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Kentucky and Sullivan University Colleges of Pharmacy

After graduation, Chris completed the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy/American Pharmacy Services Corporation Community Pharmacy Residency and obtained his Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy from the Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy. He is an active member of the Kentucky Pharmacists Association, currently serving as Past President and member of the Board of Directors. He also serves as Past President of the Jefferson County Academy of Pharmacy.

Chris specializes in delivering Medication Therapy Management services to our community. He has implemented several patient care programs into his practice including a Pharmacist-At-Home program, integrative pharmacy, medication therapy management, immunizations, substance-use disorder, and more.
